Not a bad venue, fished the canal lake using quiver tip and had a few tench, bream and barbel all about 1lb to 2lb.
Great place this! Went last Friday for a couple of hours on the Little Tench Lake. I had 10 F1’s, a carp about 4lbs and a couple of skimmers. I fished a pole about 10 metres, fishing shallow and feeding 4mm pellets with pellet on the hook. Tried paste at first but was missing too man bites, the place is stuffed with hungry fish. :-)
