Set in the grounds of the incredible Taymouth Castle this stunning top beat of the river Tay is truly magical. Time spent casting a line here is highly recommended and at a very reasonable daily rate. The grounds are beautifully maintained. 

Fly-fishing and spinning is permitted on all pools. Recommend a double handed fly rod with floating and sink tip lines. Sinking lines are good for use in Spring and late Autumn.

Flies worth carrying are the Willie Gunn and Ally’s Shrimp.
