Hidden away in the beautiful and picturesque countryside of Lincolnshire
between Lincoln city and Newark on Trent, Oakhill Leisure fishing lake is set in 70 acres of open fields and woodland.
The five acre fishing lake is has 40 pegs, and is a sheltered triangular lake.
A former refurbished gravel pit with depths running upto 20ft, stocked with rudd, roach and tench – ideal for beginners and experts alike.
The majority come to catch our mature Carp! Weighing in at a heavy 35lb – the Lucky angler who brings this one in gets a free day fishing! (All we ask in return is a picture we can publish).
It’s not the only heavyweight in these waters – numerous high 20lb’s are often caught.
For the well being of the fish and to ensure that the lake continues to be the pleasant place to be, we have a few rules which we kindly ask you to follow.
If you’re coming from afar you might be interested to know that we allow bivy’s to be put up next to the lake and night fishing is allowed as part of our 24hr tickets.

and pay in advance using your credit card – we are happy to ensure you get a place.
We also offer camping to suit all preferences from rough camping in the woods to glamping in our state of the art Glamping Arc which over looks our lake, and everything in between.

We do allow bbq’s on the lake side, but please ensure they are lifted off the ground. Bricks are available from the booking-in office if required.

Please feel free to make use of the toilet and shower facilities on the campsite.
No under 16’s allowed round the lake overnight.
