Hawkes Bay back country river, brilliant summer fishing with dry fly or nymph. 

Huts roughly every 10km up the river from Kuripapango. Park here and pack in as far as you want to go. Numerous river crossings so flows over 750mm at Kuri not advisable.

Cicada heaven in peak summer months, great river to learn catching on a dry !
