The lake is a Sudbury and Long Melford District Angling Association Members only venue.
Set on the outskirts of the village and is a nice place to fish, for pleasure anglers, junior anglers and families alike. Whilst the lake is quite small and has a limited number of pegs (12), it does has an abundance of species including, bream, carp, crucian, eel, roach, perch, & tench.
This is a great place for the pole or float fishing angler with depths to approve 8ft and by targeting either the close or far margins, you will catch plenty of fish of all sizes.
Fishing is from the bank/platforms and there is space for approx six spaces for cars in the car park.
