Originally hailing from the picturesque mountainous landscapes of Nepal, often revered as the 'Roof of the World' with the majestic Mount Everest towering above, it's a land deeply rooted in history, home to the legendary Gurkhas and the birthplace of the Prince of Peace, Gautama Buddha. My journey with fishing began amidst the rustic charm of Nepal, but it truly flourished when I relocated to London in the 90s. There, I discovered the art of fly fishing, and since then, it has become my passion and obsession. There's nothing quite like the exhilaration of hooking a fish on a fly line, or the satisfaction of crafting intricate flies to entice them. As a committed angler and fly tier, I'm proud to be an active member of esteemed organizations like the Fly Dressers Guild and the Grayling Society in the UK.
